If you order has not yet been charged, we can cancel the order with no fees assessed to the customer. However, if the order has already been charged and payment has been collected, customer will be responsible for a 10% processing fee. This fee covers expenses incurred processing your credit card for the purchase. However, there are no returns once the customer receives their tickets. The theme parks emphasize and practice a very strict NO RETURN policy, and we as a contracted partner must abide.
