Q: What is MapleLeafTickets.com?
A: We are owned and operated by our parent company Maple Leaf Visitors Center. We offer discount tickets to all the major attractions in Central Florida. We have been in business for over 35 years and are members of the BBB with an A+ record and Osceola Chamber of Commerce.
Q: Are your Disney World Tickets FastPass+ Enabled and compatible with Disney's new MyDisneyExperience?
A: YES! All our Disney tickets are FastPass+ enabled and may be added to your My Disney Experience and MagicBands. If you don't have a MagicBand, our RFID chipped tickets work the exact same way!
Q. Are your tickets used or partially used tickets?
A. Our tickets are guaranteed new and unused. We have a track record of over 35 years in the business. You can be assured you are dealing with the best in the business. We never deal with used or partially used tickets. We are a contracted ticket agent and we are fully authorized to sell and discount attraction tickets. and the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce. Q. How do sell your Disney World Tickets at a discount?
A. All our tickets are purchased in large volume direct from Disney under contract. We get discounts from Disney, Sea World, Universal Orlando Resort and the local area dinner shows and pass the savings on to you.
Q. Am I going to receive vouchers or tickets?
A. You will receive the actual tickets. All our tickets are the exact same tickets you would purchase at the gate only for less through us! The beauty of having actual tickets and not vouchers is you don't have to wait in the long lines at Guest Services to redeem your vouchers for tickets. With our tickets you walk straight to the turn styles and start enjoying the parks immediately.
Q. Do I have to visit a timeshare in order to receive tickets?
A. We do not offer timeshare whatsoever. We are a licensed and contracted ticket agent. All our tickets come with ZERO gimmicks or catches. We also include tax with all our prices. We never play number games. The parks do raise their retail pricing without notice, therefore our prices are subject to change without notice as well.
Q. I've seen the same the same ticket advertised on another site for a better price, can you match this price?
A. ABSOLUTELY! However, the competing price must be offered from a legit local competitor and is still in operation. Also keep in mind some sites post misleading prices that leave out the tax and 'hidden' fees until the last step in an order checkout process. Make sure to compare prices AFTER Tax. All our prices include tax with not other hidden fees added. We genuinely want to offer you the best value out there :o)

Q. Are all prices listed on your web-site in U.S. $'s?
A. Yes. Our office is based in Kissimmee, FL. just outside of Disney World. All our posted prices are in U.S. $'s. Questions
Q. Can I purchase 1 and 2 day Disney Tickets?
A. Yes, we do offer 1 and 2 Day tickets. Please note that we pay the same gate price for these tickets as everyone else. Our price on 1 or 2 Day Disney packages include a $5.00 service fee. We offer these tickets as a convenience to our customers to avoid the long lines to purchase them at the gate.
Q. Are these tickets any different then the ones you would purchase at the gate?
A. There is no difference at all. You are getting the same exact ticket you would wait in line and purchase at the gate but for less with us.
Q. Can I share a ticket with someone else? In other words if I purchase a 4 day Hopper can 4 people use it on the same day to get in?
A. No. All Disney tickets are non-transferable. They will scan your fingertips upon entry and only that person may redeem any remaining admissions left on the ticket.
Q. What's the difference between a Base, Hopper, and a Hopper PLUS Package?
A. A Base ticket only allows you to visit one major Disney park per day. A Hopper allows you to visit more than one park per day. A Hopper with the PLUS option, allows you to visit the Disney Water Parks, Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex and Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course (Tee Times Required).
Q. When can I use my PLUS option admissions?
A. Your PLUS option admissions may be used anytime BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER your theme park days are up. For example: You may start the day at Epcot, and after lunch go to Typhoon Lagoon. You do not need a hopper ticket if you're only visiting 1 theme park that day. Keep in mind, you may use more than 1 PLUS option admission each day. For example: You may start the day at Typhoon Lagoon, and hit Blizzard Beach later in the day. In this case, you have used 2 Water Park Fun & More admissions in one day. You also can repeat an option park. In other words you are not limited to only visiting an option park one time.
Q. Can I purchase a base ticket and use 2 base days on the same day to allow me entry into 2 parks without purchasing a hopper package?
A. No you can't. A base ticket only allows you entry into 1 Disney theme park per day. You have to have a hopper package to be able to visit multiple Disney parks on the same day. In other words, you can't purchase a 7 day base and use 2 of the days on the same day to visit 2 Disney parks. You have to have a hopper package to be able to do that.
Q. What are your refund policies?
A. If you order has not yet been charged, we can cancel the order with no fees assessed to the customer. However, if the order has already been charged and payment has been collected, customer will be responsible for a 10% processing fee. This fee covers expenses incurred processing your credit card for the purchase. However, there are no returns once the customer receives their tickets. The theme parks emphasize and practice a very strict NO RETURN policy, and we as a contracted partner must abide.
Q. What do I do if my tickets get lost or stolen?
A. We make photocopies of all tickets shipped or delivered. We retain all your order information for a minimum of 1 year. We STRONGLY encourage you to make copies of your tickets once you get them.
While we try to make sure that all gate and our prices posted here are accurate at all times, we cannot be responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear on the site. If the posted price for a ticket is incorrect due to typographical or other error (e.g., data base input errors), We are only responsible for the correct price, which we will endeavor to provide to you as soon as we become aware of the error. We make every effort to provide you the best deals possible on attraction tickets.
